英文名稱: 　　Methylthiouracil 　　性狀: 　　硫脲類抗甲狀腺藥主要抑制甲狀腺素的合成。其作用機(jī)制是通過抑制甲狀腺內(nèi)過氧化物酶，阻止攝入到甲狀腺內(nèi)的碘化物氧化及酪氨酸的偶聯(lián)，從而阻礙甲狀腺素(T4)和三碘甲狀腺氨酸(T3)的合成。本品并不阻斷貯存的甲狀腺激素的釋放，因此只有當(dāng)體內(nèi)已有甲狀腺激素消除和循環(huán)中濃度下降之后，才出現(xiàn)明顯臨床作用。除此以外，丙硫氧嘧啶還抑制外周組織中的T4脫碘生成T3

Methylthiouracil English Name: Methylthiouracil traits: thiourea antithyroid drug inhibition of the thyroid hormone synthesis. Its mechanism of action is through inhibition of thyroid peroxidase, prevent the intake to the thyroid iodide oxidation and tyrosine coupling, thereby impeding thyroxine ( T4 three ) and triiodothyronine ( T3 ) synthesis. This product did not block storage thyroid hormone release, so only when the body has been eliminated and circulating thyroid hormone concentrations decreased after, appeared obvious clinical effect. In addition, propylthiouracil also inhibits peripheral tissue in T4 iodothyronine T3 generation
